    As a Junior Content Creator at BairesDev, you will support the marketing team in developing engaging content for various platforms and channels.     We are looking for a Growth Marketing Senior to join our team. We are looking for someone who has experience as a growth hacking manager or as a copywriter senior with focus in optimizing our outbound email campaigns (content and cadence) to accelerate revenue growth.

    What You Will Do:

    - Analyze and understand the X factor of our client’s products or services to develop creative email templates.
    - Translate business goals into the unique brand and product explanations.
    - Create compelling content for our email strategies.
    - Create different approaches for constant A/B testing.
    - Maintain high levels of effectiveness and alignment within the Growth Teams through communication and continuous review of our processes and rituals, suggesting and designing improvements.

  • The Interactive UI Designer is responsible for delivering refined, responsive, and engaging user interface designs for web-based digital experiences.     Working as part of the digital design team, the Interactive UI Designer collaborates closely with other designers, developers, and content strategists to translate ideas and wireframes into visually compelling, dynamic web experiences.     REQUIREMENTS:
    *3–5 years of experience in UI design with a strong focus on web and interactive experiences, including working within enterprise CMS platforms such as Sitecore or Adobe AEM 
    *Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JS and front-end development constraints

    *Advanced motion and interaction design skills, including transitions, behaviors, and animation systems
