    Funciones:
    1. Emitir certificados de conformidad y realizar la revisión documental de los paquetes de auditoría incluidos dentro del alcance de la compañía, garantizando el cumplimiento de especificaciones, instructivos, procedimientos y políticas internas.
    2. Aplicar los procedimientos globales y operativos de la empresa, así como los instructivos de su área, para mantener estandarizadas las operaciones.
    3. Proponer acciones de mejora sobre los procedimientos y las herramientas propias del cargo, contribuyendo a la optimización de los procesos.
    4. Realizar el seguimiento y la gestión de solicitudes específicas de las filiales, relacionadas con procesos de facturación, revisión documental y emisión de certificados.
    5. Cargar documentos y gestionar información en plataformas externas, para aquellas normas que así lo requieran y que estén dentro del alcance de la organización.
    6. Programar, cargar y gestionar las solicitudes de suspensión, cancelación, modificación y retiro de certificados.

    Requisitos:
    1. Educación: Profesional, estudiante (que haya cursado al menos cinco semestres) preferiblemente en carreras afines a la administración o la ingeniería (Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería de Alimentos, Ingeniería Ambiental, entre otras).
    2. Experiencia: Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en áreas administrativas, de operaciones o de servicio, idealmente con manejo de documentación y soporte a procesos corporativos.
    3. Conocimientos técnicos:
    -Manejo de MS Office o herramientas semejantes (correo electrónico, hojas de cálculo).

    The Network Engineer – Network Operations (Junior) supports the stability, availability, and security of TP’s global network infrastructure. This role focuses on network operations, monitoring, and incident management under defined SLAs within a 24/7 enterprise environment. The position requires hands-on experience in LAN, WAN, and WLAN environments, as well as administration of Next-Generation Firewalls across multi-country operations.

    What will your responsibilities be?

    Network Operations & Incident Management

    • Manage incidents, service requests, and infrastructure changes under defined SLAs.

    • Monitor network capacity, performance, and availability across global environments.

    • Provide troubleshooting support in live production environments while minimizing business impact.

    • Administer and support NGFW technologies (Palo Alto, Cisco, Fortinet).

    • Support enterprise LAN / WAN / WLAN environments in production settings.

    • Execute hardening procedures and implement security policies and access controls.



    Infrastructure Support & Documentation

    • Follow BAU operational processes to ensure service continuity.

    • Participate in infrastructure improvements and optimization initiatives.

    • Maintain updated technical documentation including diagrams, inventories, and reports.

    Collaboration & Global Support

    • Support multi-country GBS operations aligned with corporate standards.

    • Collaborate with global IT teams to resolve cross-functional incidents.

    • Participate in technical meetings related to support and service improvement
