    Perfil:
    Experiencia liderando equipos de trabajo de alto rendimiento,
    Ideal Conocimiento sólido del Sector Financiero (Fondos de inversión), para impacto comercial en productos y/o servicios de alto costo.
    Capacidad para diseñar e implementar Estrategias de Marketing efectivas
    Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, análisis y liderazgo

    Manejo de CRM, Disparador de correos, Marketing On y Offline, Copy para publicidad estratégica, Comunicación estratégica, Branding empresarial y Manejo de todas las redes sociales, Video, Edición, Copy, Fotografía, Grafico, IA.

    Competencias en: Comunicación, Trabajo en equipo, Proactividad, liderazgo, orientación al Cliente, Atención al detalle y Pensamiento Creativo.

    We are looking for an experienced Finance Director to oversee all financial aspects of the business and drive the company’s financial strategy and planning. You will be responsible for assessing the financial performance of the company as well as possible risks and investments.

    What You Will Do:

    - Drive the company's financial planning by analyzing its performance and risks.
    - Retain constant awareness of the company’s financial position and act to prevent problems.
    - Set targets for and supervise all accounting and finance personnel.
    - Oversee all audit and internal control operations.
    - Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance quarterly and annually.
    - Conduct analysis to make forecasts and report to the board of directors.
    - Ensure adherence to financial laws and guidelines.
    Here's what we're looking for:

    - Proven experience as director of finance or similar role.
    - In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws, and best practices.
    - Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting.
    - An analytical mind with a strategic ability.
    - Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
    - Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
    - BSc/BA in accounting, finance, or a relevant field.
    - Advanced English level.

    - Leverage data, playbooks, and tools to refine high-quality sales conversations.
    - Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure client needs are met.
    Here's what we're looking for:

    - 3+ years experience in B2B software or financial services sales.
    - 2+ years of experience managing Sales teams (including hiring!).
    - Excellent communication, teamwork, and people management skills.
    - Experience coaching, training, and supporting sales reps.
    - Familiarity with CRM practices, along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships (is a plus).
    - Advanced English level.
