  • Buscamos un Ingeniero de Software y Machine Learning Engineer con enfoque en liderazgo tecnológico para crear y dirigir una Fábrica de Inteligencia Artificial, orientada a diseñar, desarrollar e implementar soluciones de IA aplicada, automatización inteligente de procesos y transformación digital empresarial.

    Responsabilidades principales
    •? ?Diseñar la estrategia, estructura y hoja de ruta de la Fábrica de IA.
    •? ?Liderar equipos multidisciplinarios en el desarrollo y despliegue de proyectos de IA y automatización.
    •? ?Desarrollar y escalar modelos de Machine Learning y LLM (Large Language Models).
    •? ?Implementar arquitecturas MLOps y pipelines de datos.
    •? ?Diseñar flujos automatizados mediante n8n, Power Automate, Make o Zapier.
    •? ?Integrar soluciones de IA con sistemas corporativos en Azure, AWS o Google Cloud Platform.
    •? ?Impulsar la cultura de innovación basada en datos y automatización en toda la institución.

    Requisitos
    •? ?Profesional o tecnólogo en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Software, Electrónica o afines, o con experiencia demostrable que respalde su conocimiento.
    •? ?Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en proyectos de IA, automatización o ciencia de datos.
    •? ?Conocimientos sólidos en Python, LLMs y automatización con herramientas no-code/low-code.
    •? ?Experiencia liderando equipos técnicos y proyectos de innovación tecnológica.
    •? ?Capacidad para articular estrategias tecnológicas con objetivos de negocio y educación.

  • Requirements:
    Must have:
    • 4–6 years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering with strong expertise in MLOps and ML system architecture.

    - Operate, maintain, and optimize learning systems (LMS) and training workflows.
    - Manage training assignments, enrollments, completions, and compliance tracking.
    - Build and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor learning execution and performance.
    - Ensure data accuracy and consistency across learning platforms and documentation.
    - Coordinate learning operations with Integration, Operational Efficiency, and Enablement teams.
    - Identify operational gaps or inefficiencies and propose process improvements.
    - Document learning operations processes and support audits when needed.

    What we are looking for:

    - 2+ years of experience in Learning Operations, L&D Operations, HR Operations, Enablement Operations, or a similar role.
    - Hands-on experience with LMS platforms such as EdApp, Docebo, Moodle, Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, or similar.
