Garantizar el cumplimiento de los procesos de debida diligencia para clientes controlados, mediante la verificación documental, gestión de información, seguimiento de casos y apoyo a las áreas comerciales y operativas.
??? Responsabilidades Principales
Administrar y actualizar bases de datos, archivos en la nube y plataformas colaborativas (Teams, SharePoint).
Verificar documentación legal de clientes nuevos y activos (certificados, RUT, identificaciones, etc.).
Dar seguimiento a casos de debida diligencia, incluyendo aquellos escalados por proveedores externos.
Elaborar reportes de visibilidad sobre el estado documental de clientes.
Informar sobre vencimientos próximos o documentación vencida.
?? Requisitos del Perfil
Formación profesional en Derecho, Administración, Finanzas, Negocios Internacionales o afines.
Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en áreas de compliance, debida diligencia o gestión documental.
Conocimiento en normativas de prevención de lavado de activos y financiación del terrorismo.
Manejo avanzado de herramientas colaborativas (Office 365, SharePoint, Teams).
Inglés intermedio o avanzado.
