    Responsabilidades:
    • Atracción, reclutamiento en frío y selección de perfiles tecnológicos (IT, desarrollo, data, producto, soporte, entre otros).
    • Búsqueda activa de talento a través de LinkedIn Recruiter y portales de empleo.
    • Realización de entrevistas por competencias y filtros iniciales técnicos.
    • Aplicación e interpretación de pruebas psicotécnicas (DISC) y elaboración de informes.
    • Presentación de candidatos a cliente y acompañamiento durante todo el proceso.
    • Seguimiento a procesos y apoyo en verificación de referencias laborales.

    Perfil requerido:
    • Profesional en Psicología (énfasis organizacional).
    • Experiencia mínima de 1–2 años en selección de perfiles tecnológicos.
    • Alta orientación a resultados, autonomía y habilidades de comunicación.
    - Conocimientos en linked In recruiter (deseable).
