    We are looking for a Customer Support Manager to lead the operation of our support center, ensuring service excellence, efficient indicator management, and team development.

    - Implementar campañas pagas en las distintas plataformas y realizar el seguimiento diario de las mismas respecto a objetivos e inversión.
    -Crear reportes de implementación y seguimiento de las campañas.
    -Generar insights para mejorar el performance de la campaña.
    -Elaborar los reales cumplidos de cierre de mes.
    -Controlar y optimizar las campañas en plataformas digitales.
    -Verificar materiales y documentación relacionada a las campañas digitales.
    -Realizar quality check (QA) a las campañas digitales.
    -Apoyar técnicamente al equipo de planeación cuando sea requerido.
    -Realizar cierre de facturación.

    Buscamos personas con conocimiento en el manejo de plataformas como Google Ads, Facebook (Meta), DV360, TikTok, LinkedIn, entre otras, al igual que debe tener conocimiento en construcción de nomenclaturas de campañas y favorablemente UTMs.
    Conocimiento avanzado de técnicas de optimización on-page, incluyendo la optimización de meta etiquetas, encabezados, contenido y estructura de URLs.

    Ofrecemos un salario de $3.500.000. Modalidad de trabajo híbrida de lunes a viernes y contrato por obra o labor por dos meses.
