RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Demonstrate outstanding listening skills while exhibiting excellent customer service, patience, and empathy to promote the company reputation of integrity.
* Answer incoming phone inquiries from clients, claimants and medical providers about claims information.
* Forward calls as needed to Resolution Managers and claims staff.
* Prevent and defuse situations through research, customer education and exploring alternative solutions to ensure a successful resolution.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Advanced English level (Advanced B2 minimum required).
* Strong typing skills and basic computer knowledge.
* Availability to handle calls and work on claims-related issues.
* 1 year of previous experience in contact center or customer support roles.
