Job Opening | Employee Relations Specialist – Colombia (100% Remote)
Location: Colombia
Work Mode: 100% Remote
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Contract Type: Permanent / Indefinite

Role Overview
We are looking for an Employee Relations Specialist with solid experience in labor relations, focused on fostering a healthy work environment, ensuring compliance, and managing employee-related cases within an international organization.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Employee Relations cases (workplace conflicts, internal investigations, disciplinary actions).
Advise leaders and employees on internal policies, procedures, and labor best practices.
Ensure compliance with Colombian labor law and corporate policies.
Support performance management, employee engagement, and organizational culture initiatives.
Maintain accurate, confidential case documentation and reports.
Collaborate daily with global teams in English.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Employee Relations or similar roles.
Advanced English (mandatory) – daily interaction with international stakeholders.
Strong knowledge of Colombian labor legislation.
Excellent communication, analytical, and conflict-management skills.
