What You’ll Do

• Revenue Management: Own the end-to-end customer billing cycle, ensuring every shipment, storage, and handling fee is captured accurately and on time.
• Vendor Validation: Audit and verify vendor invoices, ensuring charges match rates and service confirmations while resolving discrepancies proactively.
• Cross-Functional Impact: Collaborate with Operations, Dispatch, and Finance to streamline workflows, resolve billing hurdles, and support a seamless month-end close.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify gaps, propose process improvements, and maintain the highest standards of financial compliance.

Requirements

• Analytical Mindset: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to spot errors and "revenue leaks" quickly. • Billing Expertise: Strong grasp of accounts payable/receivable processes and contract/rate agreement validation.
• Communication Skills: Professionalism in dealing with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve disputes.
• Technical Proficiency: Ability to manage high-volume data, documentation, and reporting.
