About the Role
We are looking for a driven and proactive Business Development Represenative (BDR) to support our sales growth. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients, initiating conversations, and building a strong sales pipeline for our U.S.-based clients.

Key Responsibilities
Execute outbound prospecting via email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess fit and business potential.
Schedule meetings and product demos for Account Executives.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
Research target accounts, industries, and decision-makers.
Personalize outreach messages based on buyer personas.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies.
Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance targets (KPIs).
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields (preferred, not mandatory).
Around 3 years of experience in sales, customer service, call centers, or lead generation is a plus.
Intermediate to advanced English (written and spoken).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Comfortable working with outreach tools and CRM systems.
Proactive, resilient, and results-driven mindset.
