We're looking for a Bilingual Onboarding Specialist to join the operations team, coordinating the full onboarding journey for new clients and agents — ensuring every step is completed accurately, on time, and with clear communication across all parties involved.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all stages of the onboarding process for new clients and agents, from initiation to official completion.
- Build and maintain a detailed onboarding schedule with clear deadlines, milestones, and responsible parties.
- Act as the primary point of contact between all stakeholders involved: clients, internal teams, customs brokerage, finance, and others.
- Perform regular follow-up on pending documents and actions — both internally and with clients — ensuring nothing stalls.
- Send timely and professional reminders to internal teams and clients on outstanding tasks and upcoming deadlines.
- Ensure receipt and verification of all required documentation: forms, contracts, identification documents, insurance certificates, and others.
- Verify that all forms are complete, accurate, and properly signed before moving to the next stage.
- Manage file and document updates across internal platforms and tools, including CRM and Magaya.
- Collaborate in the account opening process in internal systems and credit line setup for new clients.
- Request corrections when documentation does not meet required standards, following up until resolved.
What We're Looking For
- Technical, technology, or professional degree in Business Administration, International Business, Systems, or related fields.
- Proven experience with client integration — client onboarding, vendor onboarding, or process coordination roles.
- Full bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English)
- Experience working with CRM platforms and document management systems (Magaya experience is a strong plus).
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail — you catch errors before they become problems.
