About the Role
We are looking for a creative and strategic Content Marketing Specialist to join their growing team in Colombia, to craft compelling content that supports brand awareness, lead generation, and overall digital presence. In this role, you will develop and execute content strategies across multiple platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and engaging storytelling. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly organized, and passionate about creating high-quality content that resonates with target audiences.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement content strategies aligned with company goals.
Create high-quality written content, including blogs, case studies, social media posts, newsletters, landing pages, and email campaigns.
Manage and optimize content calendars for multiple channels.
Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to ensure consistent branding.
Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activity, and SEO best practices.
Optimize content for SEO, engagement, and conversion.
Track and analyze content performance metrics, providing recommendations for improvement.
Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns.
Maintain brand voice and messaging across all communication channels.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Proven experience in content marketing, copywriting, or digital marketing.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English.
Strong understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing trends.
Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress), email marketing tools, and social media platforms.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Creative thinking, attention to detail, and strong storytelling abilities.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
