We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Inside Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and provide exceptional customer service. The candidate must be fluent in English both verbal and written. This role involves processing orders, managing customer inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a smooth sales process from order placement to delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-centric mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Inside Sales & Order Management:
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently in the system.
Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and supply chain teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Track and update order status, providing customers and sales teams with timely updates.
Assist in preparing quotes, sales proposals, and contracts.
Maintain and update customer accounts, price lists, and sales records in CRM or ERP systems.
Customer Service & Relationship Management:
Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, order status, and delivery schedules.
Address and resolve customer complaints or escalate issues as needed to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Assist customers with product information, availability, and alternative solutions when necessary.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to support long-term business growth.
Administrative & Process Improvement:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and sales reports.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes for improved efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales transactions.
Assist in organizing and coordinating sales meetings, training sessions, and events.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
2+ years of experience in inside sales, sales coordination, or customer service.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM/ERP software (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, NetSuite).
Bilingual in Spanish and English
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in [industry-specific knowledge, e.g., manufacturing, distribution, plastics, etc.].
Familiarity with order processing, invoicing, and logistics coordination.
Ability to work independently while supporting a dynamic sales team.
