As a Customer Service Advisor, you will:
Handle inbound calls from customers.
Provide guidance, support, and effective solutions related to their banking products and services.
Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and troubleshooting.
Offer additional products or solutions through cross-selling when appropriate.

? What do you need?
Minimum high school diploma (Bachiller).
Conversational English level B2 or higher.
Preferably 6+ months of customer service experience (formal), either over the phone or face-to-face.
A passion for helping customers and a strong sense of empathy.
