About the role.
We are looking for a Demand Generation Manager to own the execution of marketing initiatives that drive qualified leads, sales pipeline, and measurable revenue impact. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing demand gen campaigns across webinars, partner events, LinkedIn content, and paid media, while ensuring marketing activity directly supports the sales team with consistent, high-quality opportunities.
What you'll do.
Plan and execute demand gen campaigns across webinars, partner events, LinkedIn content, and paid media, own the campaign calendar, timelines, and weekly execution plan to ensure consistent output.
Coordinate campaign setup including tracking, forms, landing pages, email workflows and post-campaign follow-up.
Plan, promote, and run webinars that generate qualified leads and sales conversations, manage webinar logistics including speakers, registration, reminders, and follow-up.
Support partner events by coordinating promotion, lead capture, and post-event follow-up.
Research and propose topics that resonate with B2B SaaS founders and operators.
Create and publish company LinkedIn content that drives awareness and inbound interest.
Repurpose webinars and event content into high-performing posts and sales-support assets.
Lead cross-functional execution across marketing, sales, design, leadership, and external partners.
Drive deadlines and deliverables to keep campaigns moving and launching on time.
Hold stakeholders accountable to timelines, quality, and results.
Own the relationship with the agency managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
Set clear goals tied to lead quality, SQLs, and pipeline, not vanity metrics.
Review performance weekly and push for specific optimizations to improve CPL, conversion, and lead quality.
Ensure paid messaging, targeting, and landing pages align to the right persona and qualification criteria.
Partner with sales leadership and BDRs to improve lead follow-up and conversion to pipeline.
Create simple campaign support assets such as follow-up templates, one-pagers, and messaging points.
Track weekly performance across MQLs, SQLs, CPL, conversion rates, and pipeline impact.
Identify what is working, what is not, and adjust quickly to improve results.
Share clear updates on outcomes, insights, and next actions.
What we're looking for.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing roles.
Experience generating measurable leads and pipeline through campaign execution, planning and executing webinars and/or partner marketing programs and managing external agencies or vendors and driving them to performance outcomes.
Full professional command of English, written and spoken, with daily interaction and collaboration with native English speakers.
Proven ability to drive cross-functional execution and hold internal and external stakeholders accountable.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high ownership and minimal supervision.
