About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive DevOps Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for building, automating, and optimizing development pipelines and cloud infrastructure to ensure reliable and scalable software delivery. The ideal candidate is passionate about automation, system reliability, cloud technologies, and enabling engineering teams to work efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support development and deployment processes.
Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure), ensuring high availability and scalability.
Implement infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
Monitor performance, availability, and security using modern observability tools.
Automate operational tasks and support development teams with tooling and workflows.
Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.
Collaborate closely with software engineers, QA, and product teams to improve deployment velocity and system reliability.
Ensure best practices in security, compliance, and infrastructure governance.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
6+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer, or similar role.
Strong experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Proficiency with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, CircleCI).
Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash, Go, etc.).
Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog).
Strong understanding of automation, system security, and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in collaborative environments.
