About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and creative Front-End Developer to join our growing team in Colombia. In this role, you will be responsible for building visually appealing, high-performance, and user-friendly interfaces that bring digital products to life. You will collaborate closely with designers, backend engineers, and product teams to translate requirements into responsive, accessible, and intuitive user experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain responsive, high-quality front-end features using modern frameworks (React, Vue, Angular, etc.).
Translate UI/UX designs into clean, efficient, and reusable code.
Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and usability.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and improve system functionality.
Conduct testing and debugging to ensure seamless user experience across devices and browsers.
Maintain and improve existing codebase following best practices.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement processes.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
6+ of proven experience as a Front-End Developer or similar role.
Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Experience with responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and front-end build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel, etc.).
Knowledge of version control systems (Git).
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a user-centered mindset.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
