At this moment we are looking for a HESQ Supervisor, reporting to our HESQ Manager, its main goal is the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement for HESQ accomplishment in Yotoco Site and Colombian Market, according to Yara Policies, HOPS, TOPS, Strategies, Central/Segment HESQ Guidelines and HES local legal requirements.  

Responsibilities

Establish and Implement Environmental, Occupational Safety, Process Safety, Security & Emergency Response standards for Yotoco Operation, Bogota, Warehouse and Sales and Market Operation.

Guarantee the implementation of corporate procedures in accordance with governance and their applicability in the operation: Environmental Management, Process Safety Management, Emergency and Crisis Management, Temporary Override, Work Permits, Safe By Choice Program, Traffic Safety, Product Stewardship and Management Contractors.

Ensure implementation and compliance with (legal) requirements as chemicals, ISO standards 9001, 14001, 45001, internal standards and environmental permits.

Profile

Professional in Engineering or other applicable studies. 
Occupational Safety and Hygiene Post Graduate Studies or Validated by Experience
Preferable 7 years of experience in Chemical, fertilizers, Oil & Gas, transport or other related industries
Environmental Studies
Occupational H&S License
Certification ISO 9001,14001, OSHAS 18001, NFPA, HAZOP
High Risk Activities certificates for example Work at Heights, confined space, protective guards, electrical hazards, Emergency Response, crane lifting, scaffolds, chemicals, etc.
High standard of written English and good communication skills
