IT SECURITY ANALYST
?? Location: Bogotá, Airport area – Av. El Dorado
?? Work model: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)
?? English: Advanced level required

We are looking for an experienced Information Security Analyst to join a dynamic and fast-paced security operations environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Service Delivery, Security Operations, and stakeholder management, with the ability to drive compliance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and improve Security Services delivery aligned with SLAs, KPIs, and business objectives.
• Act as the main point of contact between stakeholders, service consumers, and security teams.
• Coordinate onboarding activities, deployment timelines, and cross-functional communication.
• Monitor security service performance, compliance metrics, and SIEM/security tool coverage.
• Conduct service review sessions, prepare executive-level reports, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize security operations and resolve escalations.
• Maintain security documentation, compliance tracking, and operational reporting.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in IT Service Delivery and/or Security Operations.
• Experience working in security-focused environments with strong understanding of ITSM processes.
• Proven experience managing service delivery processes, stakeholder communication, and operational performance.
• Strong knowledge of incident management, security governance, compliance monitoring, and service transition management.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Advanced English communication skills are mandatory.
• Certifications such as ITIL Foundation, CompTIA Security+, CISM, or similar are a plus.
