**We're Hiring: Junior Distribution Support Specialist**

Location: Bogotá or Barranquilla, Colombia
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Colombia Time)

Join a growing logistics team and help keep operations running smoothly across transportation, dispatch, and customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate shipments, dispatches, and delivery tracking.
* Manage customer requests and resolve operational issues quickly.
* Maintain inventory and operational data in system.
* Communicate with customers, carriers, brokers, and drivers.
* Support billing, reporting, and compliance with transport regulations.

What We're Looking For:

* Technical, Technologist, or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, Supply Chain, or related fields.
* Experience in logistics, transportation, dispatch, or distribution.
* Knowledge of TMS, GPS, and tracking tools.
* Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills.
* Conversational to Advanced English.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
