Are you a visionary leader with a proven track record in driving growth, profitability, and operational excellence? We are looking for a General Manager to lead a dynamic multi-category distribution company in Bogotá.

In this strategic role, you will oversee a diverse portfolio—ranging from Beauty and Personal Care to Electronics and Home Goods—steering the company toward sustainable expansion through both physical and digital channels.

Key Challenges & Responsibilities:

Strategic Growth: Design and execute the long-term business plan, diversifying product portfolios and identifying new market opportunities.

Commercial Leadership: Drive B2B, B2C, and e-commerce strategies, managing key retail accounts and optimizing sell-in/sell-out performance.

Supply Chain Excellence: Oversee international imports, logistics, and distribution, ensuring high efficiency in OTIF and inventory turnover.

Financial Stewardship: Full P&L responsibility, budget control, and data-driven decision-making to maximize ROI.

Team Empowerment: Lead and scale high-performance teams across commercial, logistics, and administrative areas.

Who are we looking for?

Experience: 5+ years in General Management or C-level roles within Distribution, FMCG, Retail, or Multi-category sectors.

Expertise: Solid background in international supply chain, digital transformation, and e-commerce.

Skills: Data-driven mindset (BI/ERP), high-level negotiation, and change management.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields. An MBA is highly preferred.

Language: Native-level fluency in Spanish and Advanced English (Mandatory).
