Position Summary:

We are seeking a Sales/Repair Support to assist in our sales and operations functions. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and updating business records and databases, ensuring the accuracy of essential data for our daily sales operations, repair processing, and inventory management.


Key Responsibilities:

-Enter customer information, and inventory data, and quotes into company systems with precision (Quantum ERP)
-Update product listings, prices, and supplier records regularly.
-Review, verify, and correct data for discrepancies or errors.
-Repair Order management
-Communicate with repair stations, sales team, and management on progress of repairs.
-Support internal teams (sales, operations, customer service) by ensuring timely and accurate data processing.
-Adhere to company protocols for handling confidential information.


Requirements:

-High school diploma or technical certification in administration or related field.
-Experience in data entry, office administration, or clerical roles (experience in aviation or sales is a plus).
-Fluent in English (spoken and written). All daily tasks and communications will be in English
-Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
-Organizational skills and ability to work on multiple tasks concurrently.
-Responsible, trustworthy, and able to manage sensitive information.
