Descripción del cargo

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads, initiating meaningful conversations with potential clients, and supporting the sales pipeline. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound prospecting through email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Qualify incoming leads to determine fit and potential business opportunities.
Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team.
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead and prospect information.
Research target markets and identify potential clients.
Craft engaging outreach messages tailored to different buyer personas.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle high-volume outreach and multitask effectively.
Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) is an advantage.
Proactive, resilient, and goal-oriented personality.
