Requirements
Must to have:
SAP BW / BI.
Data Warehousing and Reporting.
AMS L2/L3 Support.
Incident and Ticket Resolution.
SAP BW Architecture and Optimization.
Experience in BW system audits and compliance validation.
Strong knowledge of data models, InfoProviders, and reporting structures.
Experience ensuring data integrity and consistency across BW landscapes.
Strong background in reporting and analytics optimization.
Knowledge of SAP BW/4HANA and embedded analytics concepts.
Experience with cloud integration and modern SAP analytics technologies.
Ability to translate complex business reporting requirements into BW solutions.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills.
Experience acting as escalation point for complex BW incidents.
Strong collaboration skills with business stakeholders and IT teams.
Experience documenting technical solutions, best practices, and lessons learned.
Ability to mentor junior and proficient consultants.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced AMS environments.
Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple incidents and enhancements.
Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
5+ years of experience working with SAP BW / BI solutions.

Responsibilities
Lead data warehousing operations and AMS support within SAP BW landscapes.
Provide L2/L3 support for complex BW incidents and service requests.
Act as the primary escalation point for critical reporting and data issues.
Resolve complex tickets while ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Conduct audits of data models and reporting structures to ensure compliance with internal policies.
Align BW processes with regulatory and business reporting requirements.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate reporting needs into BW solutions.
Provide strategic guidance on SAP BW architecture and optimization.
Identify opportunities to improve performance, reliability, and efficiency of BW systems.
Drive long-term improvements in reporting and analytics capabilities.
Identify and implement automation opportunities for monitoring, reporting, and error handling.
Support innovation initiatives leveraging BW/4HANA, embedded analytics, and cloud integrations.
Mentor junior and proficient consultants through technical guidance and reviews.
Act as subject matter expert during client discussions, workshops, and AMS operations.
Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and quality standards.
Document technical solutions, configurations, and best practices.
Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.
