Requirements
Must to have:
• Hands-on experience of 1 to 3 years in SAP FI (preferably with CO basics).
• General knowledge of financial processes: GL, AP, AR, AA, reconciliations, and closing activities.
• Basic understanding of FICO-SD-MM integration.
• Familiarity with ticket management tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, or others).
• Basic knowledge of ITIL and AMS models.
• Desirable exposure to S/4HANA Finance or ongoing training.
• Analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Clear and effective communication with multicultural teams.
• Ability to document, prioritize, and follow up on incidents.
• Proactivity, learning attitude, and service orientation.
• Collaborative work in 24/7 environments under functional supervision.
Responsibilities
• Provide first and second-level functional support in SAP FI module within AMS model.
• Analyze, log, and follow up on incidents, requirements, and minor changes.
• Support configuration and validation of financial processes: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (AA), and reconciliations.
• Assist in monthly closing activities and control of integrations with MM and SD.
• Document solutions and resolution steps in ServiceNow / SharePoint.
• Collaborate with Sr./Proficient consultants in FICO-MM-SD integration analysis.
• Timely escalate complex incidents according to established ITIL process.
• Participate in knowledge transfer (KT) sessions and stabilization meetings.

• Advance English 80- 95 %
