Requirements
Must to have:
Senior-level experience in SAP Mobile Asset Management (MAM).
Strong experience in SAP EAM/PM implementations and AMS support.
Extensive experience supporting Mobile Asset Management solutions, including SAP Service and Asset Manager and SAP Fiori for PM.
Hands-on experience in asset-intensive industries such as utilities, oil & gas, energy, or manufacturing.
Advanced knowledge of preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance processes.
Strong understanding of asset structures, including equipment hierarchies, functional locations, and bills of material (BOM).
Experience integrating SAP MAM with other SAP modules such as MM, FI/CO, WM/EWM, and SCM.
Proven experience providing L2/L3 AMS support, including incident resolution and SLA management.
Strong skills in root cause analysis and implementation of permanent solutions.
Experience with mobile execution processes, including work orders, notifications, time confirmations, and material consumption.
Knowledge of online and offline mobile application usage for field operations.
Experience supporting data migrations, including asset master data, maintenance plans, and historical work orders.
Strong ability to lead workshops with operations and maintenance teams.
Experience preparing functional specifications, test scripts, and support documentation.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with business users, AMS teams, and technical stakeholders.
Ability to mentor junior consultants and act as an escalation point for complex issues.
Ability to work in fast-paced environments, both AMS and project-based.
8+ years of experience in SAP EAM/PM, with a strong focus on Mobile Asset Management support.

Responsibilities
Design, configure, and support SAP Mobile Asset Management solutions aligned with business requirements.
Provide L2/L3 AMS support for mobile asset management incidents and service requests.
Analyze, resolve, and document incidents within defined SLA timelines.
Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term corrective actions for recurring issues.
Support incident escalation processes while maintaining ownership of resolution.
Configure and support mobile maintenance execution, including notifications, work orders, confirmations, material consumption, and measurement readings.
Ensure seamless integration with MM, FI/CO, WM/EWM, and other related SAP modules.
Support mobile asset lifecycle optimization to improve efficiency, compliance, and reliability.
Participate in integration initiatives involving IoT, predictive maintenance, and mobile analytics solutions.
Lead unit testing, integration testing, and UAT activities related to mobile asset solutions and AMS fixes.
