Location: Hybrid / Bogotá
International environment | Global stakeholders

**What you’ll do:
- Act as the main point of contact between internal stakeholders and the Global Security team
- Manage and oversee Security Services delivery across multiple business units
- Monitor SLAs, KPIs, compliance metrics, and security dashboards
- Coordinate onboarding activities, deployments, and communication across stakeholders
- Lead service review sessions and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with Security Operations, IT teams, and external partners to ensure operational excellence
- Support incident reviews, problem resolution, reporting, and governance activities

**What we’re looking for:
- Solid English level
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in IT Service Delivery or Security Operations
- Experience working in security-focused environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Knowledge of ITSM processes, SLAs, KPIs, and service governance
- Certifications such as ITIL, Security+, or CISM are a plus
