Sr bi consultant - bilingual

We are seeking a Senior BI Consultant who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and leading business intelligence solutions that enable organizations to make informed decisions, improve their processes, and generate strategic value. This role combines technical skills with a strong consultative and business-oriented approach.

Key responsibilities:

Translate business needs into actionable BI solutions.
Design data models and visualizations that connect operations with key performance indicators.
Support business leaders in data interpretation and evidence-based decision-making.
Measure the impact of implemented solutions and propose continuous improvements.
Act as a bridge between technical and functional areas, facilitating the adoption of a data-driven culture.
Identify process improvement opportunities through data analysis.
Ensure the quality and consistency of delivered reports and dashboards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to improve strategic KPIs through analytics.
Train end users in BI tools and promote analytical self-service.
Stay updated on new technologies and best practices in data analytics and BI.

Qualifications:

B2 English level
University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Systems, or related fields.
Over 5 years leading BI projects, with a focus on consulting, processes, and strategic decision-making.
Visualization tools: Power BI (advanced).
Query languages: SQL (advanced), DAX.
Data modeling: star schema design, normalization, relationships, and performance optimization.
Advanced Excel and complementary analysis tools.
Basic knowledge of data integration (ETL/ELT).
Preferred: experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and automation tools.
