Sr service designer

Responsibilities

As a Service Designer, you will work to understand how our current Digital Solutions are placed in the customer journey, mapping touchpoints and opportunities and supporting stakeholders in the decision-making process.

Facilitate workshops with stakeholders from different areas.
Break down complex problems.
Develop a deep understanding of user needs and behaviors, using research insights and available data to inform strategy and business decisions.
Understanding and articulating clearly how our products can evolve from a user-centered, system, and business perspective.
Leading the creation of UX documentation and artifacts, collaborating with stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals.
Map the service blueprint and user flows, and documentation that effectively communicate solutions to PMs, UI designers, and other functions in the team.

Profile
Fluent English. You can speak, write and communicate with confidence.
You have a solid showcase of work to show your process and expertise.
You have proven experience in Service Design projects for digital products.
You are up-to-date with industry standards and tools.
You are open to receiving and providing constructive feedback.
You are proactive and have an experimental mindset.
Able to work with vague requirements and help bring clarity to a group of multidisciplinary stakeholders.

Solid time management and async communication skills in a remote work setting

Knowledge of industry-standard tools (we use Miro and Figma)
