This role is responsible for owning the full client lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal and expansion, ensuring high engagement, retention, and revenue growth. You will proactively monitor account health, conduct strategic review meetings, identify upsell opportunities, and act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams. It is a performance-driven role that requires analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple international accounts simultaneously. Your main objective is to reduce churn, increase Net Revenue Retention, and deliver measurable value to clients.
What You'll Do:
- Own and manage the full client lifecycle from onboarding through renewal and expansion.
- Drive retention by proactively monitoring engagement and mitigating churn risks.
- Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Lead strategic account reviews (QBRs) with data-driven insights and action plans.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful delivery and continuous client satisfaction.
What we are looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or B2B Relationship Management.
- Experience managing recurring revenue accounts such as SaaS, subscription-based, or service retainers.
- Proven track record in retention and/or expansion of existing accounts.
- Experience handling multiple accounts simultaneously in a structured portfolio.
- Experience working with mid-to-senior level stakeholders including HR, managers, directors, and founders.
- Fluent in Spanish, English, and Portuguese.
