Product Operations Analyst at BairesDev

We are seeking a Product Operations Analyst to support our commercial teams and help the business get value from the platforms we build. You'll work with Business Development and other commercial stakeholders, as well as Product and R&D teams, to communicate new releases, create documentation and tutorials, identify challenges, and support adoption, helping ensure our product pipeline stays aligned with business needs.

What You'll Do:

- Help prepare reports on bugs and issues, including tracking resolution progress.
- Support communication and documentation of new releases for internal stakeholders.
- Create documents and tutorials on platforms to support user adoption.
- Help maintain clarity around the product pipeline and identify blockers.
- Support the development of workflows and help ensure alignment across teams.
What we are looking for:

- Experience with business or commercial products.
- Background in operations or process improvement.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Basic data reporting abilities.
- Good level of English.
