Descripción:Design and manage Diageo’s distribution network to optimize cost, quality and service parameters and to support achievement of Sales targets.
Ensure a reliable and efficient product and material flow designing and manage the logistic processes including foreign trade operations, warehousing, inbound-outbound logistics and transportation.
Manage Order to Cash process, generate and negotiate strategic alignment with our Customers and other Suppliers to implement Best Practices on Supply Chain Excellence programs, according to international guidelines, with the objective to improve Diageo´s service level to the trade and achieve volume and revenue targets.
1.Design optimal distribution network in order to meet cost, quality and service parameters. Ensure that best Third-Party Logistics Operations service and negotiate it at the lowest cost.
2.Manage Diageo´s finished goods inventories, transportation operations and the Order to Cash processes (Invoicing, documentation, etc.)
3.Develop Supply Chain enablers and solutions with main Customers, design and implement collaborative initiatives with customers and suppliers, improve logistics performance and achieve preferred supplier status, with strong focus in strategic KA and top Distributors
4.Implement Supply Chain best practices such as OSA (on shelf availability) and CMI/VMI (Co Managed Inventory), Efficiency Bracket Pricing, Vendor Managed Inventory, Supply Chain Gold Model, Data Catalog, in main customers.
5.Achieve Logistic Operations KPI´s: Case Fill Rate, On Time, OTIF (On time in full) and Budget AOP.

Requisitos para aplicar:• Proven (5+ years) experience of relevant supply chain and Order To Cash management, warehousing or distribution experience. Recognized subject matter expert in supply chain and order fulfilment approaches.
• Track record in initiating and delivering service and supply improvements
• Experience of leading and managing people
• Amazing relationships
• Experience of handling complex relationships and resolving conflicts of interest
• Customer Centric focus translating this into implementation of strategies
• Ability to understand relationships between sales, finance, innovation and supply chain.
• Numerical analysis skills also critical
• Ability to handle business financials adequately (P&L, Budget, Commercial Investment).
