  • Alcozer Law Firm is seeking for an Administrative Assistant for the Colombia team; If you like to work in a pleasant work environment, with high sense of organization, responsibility, information management and fluent in English and Spanish, you'll match perfectly.

    We need a candidate with strong attention to detail, proficiency in office skills (knowledge in Google Workspace), discretion and professionalism in every communication (both verbal and written with clients), call logging skills and documentation management.

    Your Responsibilities:

    Facilitate and coordinate communication between the Manager and team members.
    Schedule, manage and keep the Manager's work schedule up to date.
    Coordinate successful meetings for the Manager and work team.
    Maintain fluid communication with clients and report on the status of their cases as appropriate. Taking into account their requests and questions.
    Design and develop graphic pieces according to the needs that arise.
    Communicate ideas and needs fluently and clearly.
    Qualifications:

    Fluency in English (a high level will be a plus).
    Experience related to the position equal or superior to 2 years.
    Academic background in Business Administration or related areas
    Compensation:

    Salary base: $2.500.000 - $2.800.000 per month.
    Job Type: Full-time, On-site
    Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.
    Holidays off.
