  • We are seeking a results-driven professional with experience in consultative sales, business development, and account management within the education sector.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Manage and develop the assigned sales territory across Colombia.
    Identify business opportunities, generate leads, and strengthen customer relationships.
    Provide guidance, follow-up, and support to clients and distributors throughout the sales and post-sales process.
    Deliver product presentations and training sessions to clients and strategic partners.
    Manage quotations, orders, contracts, and sales activities through CRM systems.
    Participate in trade shows, conferences, and customer visits to promote the company’s products and services.
    Ensure an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales targets and business objectives.

    Requirements:

    Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
    Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.
    Advanced English proficiency preferred. Candidates without English proficiency must have experience selling English language learning materials.
    Proficiency in CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce), Microsoft Office, and digital business tools.
    Availability to travel throughout Colombia.
    Own vehicle required.

    Employment Conditions:

    Direct hire with an indefinite-term contract.
    Mobile remote work arrangement.
    Salary Negotiable.

  • We are seeking a professional with a degree in Modern Languages, Language Education, TESOL, Applied Linguistics, or a related field, with experience in curriculum design, teacher training, and English language instruction in bilingual educational environments.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Provide academic consulting and training to educational institutions and strategic partners.
    Deliver presentations, workshops, and pedagogical support for the implementation of language learning programs.
    Contribute to the development and improvement of educational content aligned with international standards.
    Analyze educational market trends and support the expansion of new business opportunities.
    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, educators, and academic institutions.
    Represent the company at national and international academic events and conferences.

    Requirements:

    Bachelor’s degree in Modern Languages, Language Education, Applied Linguistics, TESOL, or a related field.
    Minimum of 5 years of experience in English language teaching, curriculum design, teacher training, or educational publishing.
    Advanced English proficiency (B2 level or higher), both written and spoken.
    Experience working in bilingual, international, or multicultural educational environments.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office, e-learning platforms, and digital educational tools.
    Availability for domestic and international travel.

  • This position is responsible for supporting the Jr. Design Supervisor, managing designers and Creative Designers in design work such as: Prototype, template, page layout review, marketing materials and photo alterations, related to the digital and print product.

    Requirements:

    - Bachelor´s degree in Graphic Design, advertising, media communication or related, industrial design.
    - Advanced in: Adobe Creative Suite (Indesign - Photoshop) and Microsoft Office. Intermediate Figma.
    - Experience with editorial design and photography at least 2 years
    - English: Intermediate (B1+)
    - Fixed-Term contract: 6 months – Hybrid work - Monday to Friday.
