We are seeking a results-driven professional with experience in consultative sales, business development, and account management within the education sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and develop the assigned sales territory across Colombia.
Identify business opportunities, generate leads, and strengthen customer relationships.
Provide guidance, follow-up, and support to clients and distributors throughout the sales and post-sales process.
Deliver product presentations and training sessions to clients and strategic partners.
Manage quotations, orders, contracts, and sales activities through CRM systems.
Participate in trade shows, conferences, and customer visits to promote the company’s products and services.
Ensure an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales targets and business objectives.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.
Advanced English proficiency preferred. Candidates without English proficiency must have experience selling English language learning materials.
Proficiency in CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce), Microsoft Office, and digital business tools.
Availability to travel throughout Colombia.
Own vehicle required.
Employment Conditions:
Direct hire with an indefinite-term contract.
Mobile remote work arrangement.
