    Propósito del Cargo
    Brindar soporte integral a la Oficina de Gestión de Proyectos (PMO) mediante la ejecución de actividades relacionadas con control de proyectos, estandarización de procesos, seguimiento de portafolio y gestión documental. El rol garantiza la disponibilidad de información precisa y oportuna para la toma de decisiones, contribuyendo al cumplimiento de los objetivos estratégicos y la optimización del desempeño del portafolio de proyectos.

    Responsabilidades Principales
    1. Control y Seguimiento de Proyectos
    • Realizar seguimiento al cronograma, alcance, costos y riesgos de los proyectos en ejecución.
    • Consolidar y analizar los KPI de desempeño del portafolio.
    • Monitorear variaciones (delays, desviaciones presupuestales, cambios en alcance) y alertar oportunamente a los responsables.
    • Asegurar el cumplimiento de estándares de gestión de proyectos definidos por la PMO.
    2. Apoyo a los Procesos de PMO
    • Administrar plantillas, metodologías y herramientas del marco de trabajo de la PMO.
    • Participar en la mejora continua de procesos y procedimientos de gestión de proyectos.
    • Dar soporte a Project Managers en la documentación requerida para el inicio, ejecución y cierre de proyectos.
    3. Gestión de la Información y Reportes
    • Preparar reportes ejecutivos, dashboards y presentaciones de avance para stakeholders internos y externos.
    • Mantener actualizado el repositorio de información del portafolio (SharePoint, Project Online, Power BI, etc.).
    • Apoyar la recopilación de lecciones aprendidas y la estandarización de prácticas.
    4. Soporte Administrativo y Operativo del Portafolio
    • Coordinar reuniones de seguimiento, preparar agendas, actas y minutas.
    • Gestionar la programación y seguimiento de actividades clave del PMO.
    • Apoyar procesos de control presupuestal, órdenes de compra y seguimiento a proveedores asociados a proyectos.

    Job Description
    The Junior Cash Applications Analyst is responsible for accurately processing and applying customer payments within the Accounts Receivable area, ensuring compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and internal controls. This role includes supporting daily bank reconciliations, month-end closing, and reporting activities, as well as collaborating with internal teams, customers, and banks to resolve payment discrepancies and maintain accurate financial records.

    Requirements

    Education: Technical, technological, or professional degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.

    Knowledge: Basic understanding of accounting principles (GAAP) and bank reconciliation processes.

    Experience: Two years. Previous experience in accounting, finance, or accounts receivable is preferred.

    Systems: Knowledge of ERP systems such as Oracle or BOSS is an advantage.

    Skills: Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to meet deadlines.

    Communication: Ability to interact effectively with clients, banks, and internal teams.

    Languages: Intermediate to advanced English level.
