  • Job Responsibilities:
    -Take overall charge of the human resources management of the project company, covering employee relations, salary calculation, performance management, and labor law compliance; concurrently oversee the company’s administrative affairs, including office environment maintenance, formulation and implementation of administrative systems.
    -Formulate and implement HR policies and processes that align with the group’s strategy and Colombian regulations, and promote the company-wide rollout of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SGSST).
    -Strictly comply with data protection requirements, properly preserve employee files, and ensure the confidential and standardized management of information.
    -Coordinate the activities of the Occupational Health and Safety Committee (COPAST), handle employee complaints and disputes, and take overall charge of administrative logistics, office asset inventory and maintenance, conference reception, and coordination of large-scale events and other administrative work.
    -Liaise with the group headquarters to implement the execution of group-level HR and administrative instructions and projects; assist in advancing the company’s administrative informatization construction to improve the efficiency of administrative work.

    Job Requirements
    -Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Labor Law, or other related fields.
    -Over 5 years of relevant human resources management experience, with practical experience in the implementation of the SGSST system preferred.
    -Proficiency in Colombian labor law, especially the relevant regulatory requirements of SGSST.
    -Proficient in MS Office software, with strong planning and organizational capabilities.
    -Good listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in English.
    -Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to effectively adapt to a multicultural work environme
