  • Project coordinator

  • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
    Coordinate and monitor project execution, ensuring timely completion of activities, deliverables, and milestones.
    Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, trackers, budgets, resources, and action items using tools such as MS Project and/or Smartsheet.
    Coordinate cross-functional activities with Regulatory Affairs, CMC, Laboratories, QA, QC, Manufacturing, and external stakeholders to support project objectives, timelines, and quality requirements.
    Support internal and external technical transfers by coordinating required technical information, documentation, materials, and stakeholder follow-up.
    Coordinate the timely identification and procurement of equipment, excipients, APIs/BDS, components, and other critical materials required for project execution.
    Monitor and coordinate key project documentation, including MCPs, batch records, validation protocols, SOPs, regulatory documentation, and technical transfer records.
    Support process development, analytical development, engineering, manufacturing, and material release activities through effective project coordination and follow-up.
    Liaise with QA and QC to monitor project activities and support the timely follow-up and resolution of deviations, incidents, and quality-related issues.
    Track project financial performance, including expenses, budgets, POs, chargebacks, accruals, and invoices, and identify and resolve financial discrepancies.
    Coordinate daily project activities, facilitate communication across teams, and follow up on action items, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
    Prepare project status reports, financial reports, dashboards, presentations, meeting minutes, and final project reports for project managers and stakeholders.
    Maintain accurate project, technical, operational, and financial documentation, ensuring consistency and alignment across project records.
