  • Importante empresa del sector logístico se encuentra en la búsqueda de un Auxiliar Logístico para apoyar los procesos operativos de recepción, almacenamiento, organización, alistamiento y despacho de mercancía, garantizando el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, seguridad y oportunidad establecidos por la compañía.

    Principales responsabilidades:
    • Realizar el cargue y descargue de mercancía.
    • Recibir mercancía verificando cantidades, referencias y estado físico.
    • Organizar y almacenar los productos de acuerdo con los procedimientos establecidos.
    • Preparar pedidos y realizar el alistamiento de mercancía (Picking).
    • Ejecutar el despacho de mercancía.
    • Apoyar en la toma física y control de inventarios.
    • Mantener el orden y aseo del área de trabajo.
    • Utilizar adecuadamente las herramientas y equipos asignados.
    • Apoyar actividades administrativas relacionadas con la operación logística.
    • Cumplir las políticas de calidad, seguridad y salud en el trabajo.

    Requisitos:
    • Bachiller académico.
    • Deseable formación técnica o tecnológica en Logística, Almacén o carreras afines.
    • Mínimo seis (6) meses de experiencia en cargos como Auxiliar Logístico, Auxiliar de Bodega, Operario Logístico, Auxiliar de Almacén o cargos similares.
    • Experiencia en procesos de recepción de mercancía, almacenamiento, cargue y descargue, alistamiento de pedidos, despachos e inventarios.
    • Disponibilidad para realizar labores operativas y manipulación de carga.

  • About the Opportunity

    We are seeking an experienced Dental Billing Coordinator to support a leading multi-location dental organization based in the United States. This role is ideal for professionals with strong knowledge of US dental billing, revenue cycle management, and insurance claims processing who thrive in a detail-oriented, performance-driven environment.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Manage the full dental billing cycle for assigned providers and clinics, from claim creation through final payment posting.
    Submit accurate and timely insurance claims, ensuring proper coding, narratives, and supporting documentation.
    Process insurance payments, adjustments, write-offs, and secondary claims.
    Monitor and follow up on accounts receivable to ensure timely collections.
    Investigate and resolve claim denials and rejections, submitting appeals when necessary.
    Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to obtain required documentation and coding clarifications.
    Track and maintain performance metrics related to collections, claim accuracy, and aging accounts.
    Identify recurring billing issues and recommend process improvements.
    Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all patient data privacy requirements.

    Requirements:
    Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in US dental billing.
    Proven experience managing the full revenue cycle, including claims, payment posting, denials, appeals, and accounts receivable follow-up.
    Strong understanding of dental Medicaid billing and insurance processes.
    Experience with dental practice management systems such as Dentrix, Dentrix Enterprise, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, Denticon, or similar platforms.
    Familiarity with clearinghouses such as Claim.MD, DentalXChange, Vyne Trellis, or equivalent.
    Intermediate to advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
    Strong analytical skills and ability to work with performance metrics and KPIs.
    Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.

Since 2016, we've operated a Medellín-based contact center serving U.S. clients. Our flagship product, Vantage AI, is an AI-powered patient engagement platform combining voice AI, automated scheduling, live agent support, and analytics, currently scaling across major Dental Service Organizations (DSOs).

    The Role:
    We are looking for a hands-on Director of Operations to lead the performance, culture, and gross profit of our Medellín contact center, and the operational success of Vantage AI for our DSO clients.
    This is not a behind-the-desk role. You'll be on the floor, in the data, mentoring team leads, and evolving our operating model as AI transforms what our teams do. This position is a direct path to VP of Operations / General Manager for the right leader.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Own daily Vantage AI performance (containment rate, scheduling accuracy, transfer quality, CSAT) and ensure AI and human agents operate as one seamless patient experience.
    Lead a QA function that drives measurable improvements in FCR, CSAT, agent development, and AI training signals.
    Manage the end-to-end agent funnel: recruitment criteria, training, nesting, certification, and go-live readiness.
    Own FCR, answer rate, and conversion as the headline KPIs — diagnose breakdowns, run experiments, and drive results quarter over quarter.
    Own gross profit performance for the contact center — staffing efficiency, repeat call reduction, AI containment, and cost per call.
    Serve as the operational face of XPMG to U.S. DSO clients, running operating reviews and translating results into client outcomes.
    Partner weekly with Vantage AI engineering and product leadership to prioritize tuning and track delivery.
