El especialista en Job Boards entiende los diversos modelos de negocio de los Job Boards y sabe cómo extraer el mejor valor de cada anuncio.
Principales responsabilidades:
- Gestionar las ofertas de empleo, creando, editando y eliminando ofertas. - Recopila y analiza los datos de cada oferta de empleo para identificar la eficacia y el coste por candidato. - Seleccionar las vacantes adecuadas para cada puesto disponible en un proceso de decisión inteligente y basado en datos. - Construye relaciones con Bolsas de Trabajo en LATAM y USA. - Encuentra nuevas bolsas de trabajo para operar. - Colabora activamente con diferentes gerentes para alinear prioridades. ¿Qué Buscamos?:
- 3+ años de experiencia en Reclutamiento de Talento. - Experiencia con los términos de publicación y modelos de negocio de los portales de empleo. - Experiencia en head-hunting en el sector IT. - Nivel avanzado de inglés.
