  • Importante empresa colombiana del sector tecnología busca un KAM Senior con enfoque consultivo, orientado a profundizar relaciones con clientes corporativos, maximizar el valor de las soluciones implementadas y apoyar procesos de expansión y nuevas oportunidades (incluyendo licitaciones)

    Objetivo del cargo

    Desarrollar y consolidar cuentas estratégicas mediante un enfoque consultivo, identificando oportunidades de mejora en procesos, proponiendo iniciativas de transformación digital y estructurando casos de negocio que impulsen la adopción de nuevos módulos o soluciones.

    Perfil requerido:

    • Ingeniería de Sistemas
    • Ingeniería Industrial
    • Administración de Empresas o afines

    Experiencia:

    • Mínimo 8 a 12 años de experiencia profesional
    • Al menos 5 años en roles consultivos, KAM o liderazgo de cuentas corporativas
    • Experiencia comprobada en implementación de software (ERP, CRM o soluciones empresariales)
    • Experiencia trabajando con clientes grandes o corporativos (B2B)

    Cualificaciones:
    Titulo universitario en Administración o carreras afines

    Advanced English (C1+)

    4+ años de experiencia en ventas B2B idealmente con experiencia en compañías en los Estados Unidos

    Orientación a resultados y cumplimiento de objetivos.

    Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación.

    Conocimiento profundo del negocio de reclutamiento y staffing.

    Enfoque consultivo y centrado en el cliente.

    Capacidad para trabajar con clientes internacionales
