    Tu rol
    Serás el cerebro analítico detrás de la Dirección Comercial. Sin cuota. Sin clientes propios. Tu métrica es la eficiencia, predictibilidad y crecimiento del equipo que habilitas.
    En concreto: serás el dueño del CRM, liderarás los rituales de forecast, construirás los dashboards de salud comercial y diagnosticarás cuellos de botella en el embudo — proponiendo intervenciones, no solo reportándolas.
    El perfil que buscamos

    4+ años en Sales Ops, Revenue Operations, Planeación Comercial o Commercial Excellence — en B2B
    CRM en profundidad: configuración, gobierno del dato, adopción del equipo (Salesforce, HubSpot u otros)
    Lectura de pipeline: win rate por etapa, coverage ratio, ciclo de venta, antigüedad de oportunidades
    BI: Power BI, Tableau o SQL
    Formación cuantitativa (Ingeniería Industrial, Economía, Estadística o afines)

    Puntos extra si vienes de empresas tech, SaaS, multinacionales con Commercial Excellence o consultoría de transformación comercial.
