We are looking for professionals with strong communication skills, customer service experience, and a sales-oriented mindset to join our Infinite Business W2 campaign.

Position Overview:
The Business Mobility Center Representative (BMC Rep) manages small and medium-sized business (SMB) accounts with up to 25 lines through a consultative sales and customer service model.

The role focuses on business mobile services while also supporting connectivity solutions, fiber optics, and commercial business services, ensuring an efficient and business-focused customer experience.

?? Requirements:
• English Level: B2 / CEFR B2
• Typing: 30 WPM with 90% accuracy
• Customer service and sales experience preferred

?? Compensation & Benefits:
• Production Salary: COP $3,000,000/month
• Performance Bonus: Up to COP $300,000
• Sales Compensation: Up to COP $500,000 + commissions
• Snacks Allowance: COP $100,000
• Indefinite-term contract

• Training: Monday to Saturday | 6:00 AM – 1:30 PM
• Nesting & Operations: Monday to Friday | 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
