    Role Summary

    The Project Accountant role provides financial support and advisory to the Project Manager. This is a role that reports to a financial function, typically to a Financial Controller, and is typically budgeted in the overhead costs of a project. This role is assigned to multiple projects.



    Responsibilities

    Set up project in financial systems including project funding, revenue recognition, bill plans, contract overrides and billing/revenue controls.

    Provide project pricing support (bill rates, contract overhead allowance, etc.).

    Support/review project setup and change orders in financial system (WBS, budgets, margin expectations, and contingency/reserves).

    Provide contractual and client compliance support including maintaining certificates of insurance, subcontractor/DBE reporting, rate/per diem caps, and identifying unallowable costs.

    WSP is currently seeking a Senior BIM Designer to join our Water-Wastewaster group. This position will be responsible for helping prepare contract drawings from survey to tender and build 3d models of wet and dry utilities.



    RESPONSIBILITIES



    Participate in projects involving 2D/3D drafting civil engineering drawings and model creation using Civil 3d and Microstation

    Preparation of plan and profile drawings, sections and standard details

    Coordination with designers and Project Managers

    Interpreting design markups and asbuilts

    Producing 3d models of wet and dry utilities using pressure and gravity networks

    Following design guidelines and CAD standards for multiple municipalities.

    Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering related field

    10+ years in using Civil 3d and Microstation including InRoads designing watermains, sewers, dry utilities

    • Apoyar la planificación de proyectos mediante la definición de cronogramas, hitos y estrategias de entrega.
    Las habilidades que te diferenciarán
    • Título tecnológico (Diploma) en Tecnología de Ingeniería Eléctrica o en una disciplina relacionada de una institución acreditada.
    • Entre 5 y 10 años de experiencia relevante en CAD y REVIT, idealmente en proyectos ferroviarios, tránsito masivo, sistemas eléctricos, señalización, SCADA o sistemas de comunicaciones.
    • Dominio experto de AutoCAD y REVIT, con sólido conocimiento de estándares CAD y prácticas de detallado técnico.
