Do you have strong attention to detail, great communication skills, and a passion for keeping things in order?
We’re looking for an Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable Analyst to join our global team and support our finance operations with precision, proactivity, and professionalism.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and issue invoices related to air, ocean, and inland freight services.
• Ensure billing aligns with contractual terms, quotes, and service agreements.
• Perform follow-ups with clients to ensure timely payments and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Maintain up-to-date client account statements and track aging reports.
• Review and process supplier invoices related to international freight operations (shipping lines, airlines, truckers, customs brokers, etc.).
• Verify accuracy against purchase orders and service confirmations.
• Coordinate timely payments and maintain vendor relationships.
• Reconcile accounts and investigate variances.
• Work closely with operations and customer service teams to validate service completion and cost accuracy.
• Generate periodic financial and KPI reports for management.
• Maintain digital and physical records in compliance with accounting policies.

Work Structure:

• Monday to Friday (full-time)
• Colombian holidays are regular workdays
• U.S. federal holidays are company days off

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent written and spoken English communication
• Detail-oriented and reliable under pressure
• Solid customer service skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Excel required)
• Experience with Cargowise One is a plus
• A positive, flexible, and accountable attitude
• Ability to work independently and within a team
