Are you passionate about recruitment, talent evaluation, and working collaboratively with operations teams?

At TP, we’re looking for a Recruitment Analyst with a B2 English level to join our Talent Acquisition team and support the end-to-end hiring process, ensuring that staffing requirements are met efficiently and on time.

Role summary:
Responsible for evaluating, selecting, and delivering the required personnel for the operation, client, or requesting area, based on a previously identified and agreed profile.

What you’ll do in this role:
Receive and manage assigned staffing requests from operations, clients, or internal departments.
Evaluate candidate profiles through assessments and individual or group interviews, aligned with the job description.
Maintain constant communication with Operations and Training teams for follow-up and scheduling of assigned requirements.
Coordinate and schedule documentation, pre-employment medical exams, and onboarding processes.
Ensure compliance with internal recruitment policies and process standards.
Present job offers and clarify employment terms and expectations to candidates prior to hiring.
Support the contract signing and onboarding of new employees.
Keep recruitment processes and local/global policies up to date and properly implemented.
Participate in meetings with Quality, Training, and Administrative teams to identify process improvement opportunities.
Ensure adherence to best practices in Recruitment and Selection (R&S).
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum 3 months of experience in recruitment and selection processes.
Experience in call center or BPO environments (preferred).
English level: B2 (upper intermediate).
Strong communication, organization, teamwork, adaptability, and results-oriented skills.
