Descripción del cargo

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Logistics Sales Executive to support the growth of our business in Colombia. This position is ideal for a sales professional who enjoys building client relationships, identifying new market opportunities, and delivering tailored transportation and logistics solutions that create value for customers.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities and expand the company's customer base.
Develop and manage relationships with clients, prospects, and strategic partners.
Understand customer logistics needs and recommend appropriate transportation solutions.
Prepare and present commercial offers, pricing proposals, and service presentations.
Lead negotiations and contribute to the successful closing of new business agreements.
Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently achieve performance goals.
Work closely with operational teams to ensure smooth service implementation and customer satisfaction.
Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications
Technical, Technologist, or Professional degree.
Strong English communication skills.
Previous experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, or related industries.
Knowledge of Incoterms and international trade processes.
Proven track record in sales, business development, or account management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
