Bilingual Sales Executive | Logistics & Transportation

Location: Bogotá or Barranquilla, Colombia
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Colombia Time)
Start Date: Immediate

We help businesses move goods efficiently through reliable transportation and logistics solutions. We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our commercial team and help expand our client portfolio across Colombia.

**What You'll Do

- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the logistics and transportation sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and strategic partners.
- Promote the company's logistics, freight, and transportation solutions.
- Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Negotiate pricing, service agreements, and commercial terms.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure excellent customer experience and service delivery.
- Stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and industry developments.

**What We're Looking For

- Technical, Technologist, or Professional degree.
- Solid English level
- Experience in the transportation and logistics industry.
- Solid knowledge of Incoterms.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
