Requirements
• Required – Technical Skills
• 8+ years of experience in solutions analysis, business systems analysis, delivery management, or consulting roles
• Hands-on experience with AI and automation platforms: Glean, Anthropic Claude, OpenAI Enterprise, Gemini Enterprise
• Strong knowledge of LLMs and agentic workflows
• Experience building AI solutions, agents, prototypes, and production-ready applications
• Portfolio and delivery management experience, including task tracking, timelines, and dependencies
• Ability to develop business and technical documentation, presentations, and dependency plans
• Strong understanding of complex business processes and technical solution design
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience

• Responsibilities (Activities to perform)
• Build AI solutions and agents using Glean, Anthropic Claude, OpenAI Enterprise, and Gemini Enterprise
• Develop prototypes and production-ready AI solutions to demonstrate business value
• Analyze business needs and identify appropriate AI-driven solutions
• Understand business operations, processes, and technical requirements across functions
• Manage project portfolios, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across Enterprise AI initiatives
• Create detailed dependency plans and high-level project tracking as required
• Produce project deliverables, including prototypes, documents, and presentation materials
• Drive adoption of AI solutions across business teams
• Measure solution effectiveness and communicate results and recommendations
• Contribute to enterprise AI standards, reusable frameworks, and cross-functional initiatives
• Support and collaborate on broader Enterprise AI team projects and objectives
